Neurodiversity Talks

I speak openly about what it means to be neurodivergent in a world that often misunderstands difference. Through my talks, I aim to foster compassion, challenge assumptions, and gently encourage people to see the world through another lens.

As someone who is autistic, dyslexic, and dyspraxic, I share personal stories about navigating life, creativity, and connection - bringing my lived experience into spaces that are eager to learn. I often draw on my work as a filmmaker and photographer to explore themes of sensory processing, communication, creativity, burnout, and the power of nature as a grounding force.

In April 2025, I gave a talk at Blenheim Palace as part of their Neurodiversity Celebration Month. It was an informal, personal conversation that resonated deeply with the audience. One attendee said:

“I could have listened to Polly speak all day. It was honest, moving, and quietly powerful.”

I don’t use slides or presentations - just simple cue cards, visual prompts, and space to speak from the heart. Talks can be adapted to different audiences, from heritage organisations and creative teams to schools and wellbeing events.

If you’d like to book a talk, collaborate, or find out more, I’d love to hear from you.
